Proven deep local market knowledge
regarding business methods, potential customers and intimate knowledge of the local security marketplace and
competition.

Familiarity with standard security
products.

Proven ability in installation and
integration of security systems and IT software for end customers, including understanding specific customer
requirements, and providing a site plan and integration plan, acceptance plan and acceptance testing as may be
required.

Ability to provide support and
service for the lifetime of the product including responsibility for a Service Contract or a working
relationship with an organization that provides such service.

Familiarity and experience with
standard protocols such as SOAP and XML and experience in integrating Windows-based systems.

Ability and willingness to install
the Dynamic Security system and implement the site -specific security policies or to work with implementers.
