New cybersecurity chief lays out guidance

Gregory Garcia, the newly appointed assistant secretary for
cybersecurity and telecommunications at the Department of Homeland
Security, says there are a lot of cybersecurity plans afloat in
Washington, but the latest one "is going to stick."
